Armor cases have designed a Dual Motorised Lift Case to house a TCL 65C715 65” TV. This is a smart TV operated by the Android P OS, with 16GB of storage. The TV has a dimension of 1446.4 (W) x 887 (H) x 300.2 (D), weighing 19kg and 18.8kg without the stand. The case needs to safely transport the device, ensuring that the TV would be well protected and designed so that it would be easily accessible. This case allows the TV to be lifted and used attached to the case rather than needing to remove the whole system.
What Are the Features?
Dual Motorised TV Lift With Wired and Wireless Control
A dual motorized tv lift is used to mount the display and has a maximum load capacity of 80kg which is more than enough to support most displays. The with a touch of a button the tv can be lifted above the case and ready to use. The case comes with built in buttons as well as a wireless remote option. The lift can be operated by selecting a number between 1-4 or using arrow buttons to adjust, with a three-digit LED seven segment display to indicate the level. Foldable panels are also included to cover the case while use, to protect the inside as well as providing a cleaner finish. The Mount is able to hold most Visa mounted displays, and as mentioned earlier dual motorised lifts are used to provide extra stability on the TV as well as being able to hold larger displays.
Side Panel Access
The Case has a liftable patch panel door to access the electronics compartment of the system, which comes with built in rack mount PSU. An optional additional patch panel can be added to allow connectors including type D etherCon, HDMI, USB, etc.
When operating the device, it can be as simple as connecting the power supply to the case and the display will be fully operational.
Hardware
The TVL-TCL-65C715 is easily move around with its six Carjet S2 100mm swivel castor wheels, which are mounted on 18mm plywood caster boards. The Case made with p901 9mm plywood for adequate protection, with foam blocks on the base and lid of the case to reduce the stress on the Visa mount during transit. Penn elcom L2102 rotating latches are used to secure the lids together and Armor H1101 handles are included in the base and the lid for ease of use.
