We present to you a personalized TV Road Case for twin 65-inch television. We have used top class quality to ultimately produce a durable frame for this road case. It is developed with 9mm laminated plywood in black finish.
It comes with 10mm EVA foam interior lining to protect the television while on transit and prevent unexpected cracks and scratches on its screen.
The internal dimension of the television without stand is 1455x835x60 (WxDxH).
The road case features 4×4 inches PENN castors, 2 with breaks. It also comes with heavy duty steel ball corners and braces joined together by 30x30mm aluminum single angled extrusions and 20mm high aluminum T/G extrusions for maximum stability and protection. The lift off lid and split lid design facilitates greater ease in opening.
Moving televisions requires great care and optimum durability. Consequently we added 2x medium PENN handles on the left and right side of the lid and 2x medium PENN handles on the left and right sides of the base to easily move it around.
There are additional 2X medium PENN handles on front and rear sides of base and 2x large PENN latches on front and rear of the road case to conveniently pull and push. With the right latch, the road case is very functional.
We have also mounted heavy duty PENN steel ball corners and braces to improve its mobility, structure, and appearance.
