A medical camera is a very delicate instrument. It helps the doctors track medical tools known as endoscopes which are used to investigate a range of internal conditions. Safe and secure transportation of the expensive camera and its monitor set is of utmost importance. To ensure this, 3385b soft foam insert is used for shock proofing. 3385b foam is an open-cell sponge foam that is softer than EVA foam and can provide excellent shock absorbing effect. The foam insert has been cut out with precision as per the design and shape of the camera and its monitor so that the effect of vibrations during transport can be minimized. The lid of the case is completely removable and has a deep foam insert with the exact shape of the contents of the case. This keeps the camera and its monitor fit in a snug.
The case is built with 7MM plastic flight panel which keeps the weight to the minimum. A pull out handle has been equipped on the case so that it can be moved easily and it need not be lifted and carried. To make the navigation of the road case smooth, we have used 2 recessed castors. Penn Elcom hardware has been used in the manufacture of the case which makes it strong and robust.
The exterior of the case has been made in matt finish using navy blue plastic panel which gives the case a distinct look. The name of the company has been designed on a blue PVC panel and has been affixed on the front side of the case and on its lid too.
