Quad 65” TV Case – Built for the X80K and Beyond
Moving a single 65” Sony X80K TV is a task. Moving four? That requires a case designed for precision, durability, and efficiency. This quad TV case is purpose-built to transport up to four Sony 65” X80K displays, securely and safely, with space-saving functionality and long-term durability at its core. It also accommodates similar-sized models from other brands with minor foam adjustments.
Built from WBP Birch Plywood for Long-Term Durability
The case exterior uses 12MM WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) birch veneer laminated plywood—a material known for its resistance to moisture, heat, and environmental stress. Our plywood is made from multiple layers of high-quality birch, bonded using phenolic resin glue, ensuring structural integrity even under demanding transport conditions.
All plywood panels are precision-cut using CNC machines, which guarantees uniformity across all components. Each case is then assembled by trained technicians and inspected through a standardized quality control process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and durability. This manufacturing method is applied across our entire product line—but each case is customized for its specific use, so no two models are exactly alike.
Function-Driven Design That Simplifies Transport
This model features a lift-off lid for fast access to the displays, eliminating the need for awkward angles or deep reaches. The low base height minimizes unnecessary lifting effort, while the interior compartments—fitted with fabric-lined protective bags—keep each TV separated and scratch-free during transit.
Two dedicated storage bags are built into the case to hold accessories like power cables, remotes, and mounting components, keeping everything organized and travel-ready. Externally, the case is finished with 2MM heavy-duty aluminum edge and corner extrusions, Penn Elcom hardware, and Armor’s own selection of premium-grade fittings for long-term durability and reliability on the road.
