Medical and engineering, scientific instruments can come in various shapes and requires a bespoke carry case with custom foam insert to be carried or transported around safely.
These instrument and devices may come in a set/group and needs to be properly organized in this storage case. 3D laser scanner can be used to scan such items into 3D shapes and foam insert can then be designed for comments. Depending on customer request and designs, foam used for producing inserts maybe heavy duty high density EVA, or soft foam.
For light weight applications we offer both 6mm laminated plywood panel, and 7mm light weight PP flight panel for case building.

THE SPLIT LID SYSTEM
This carry case features light weight flight panel with navy blue exterior. We currently stock 7mm plastic flight panel with navy and black finish.
The lid pocket design in this case is a gray way to store A4 size documents such as a checklist as part of your inventory management system. A spot for GPS tracking is also allowed in the lid for valuable inventory items.
