This isn’t your average plywood box. It’s made from 12MM WBP birch veneer laminated plywood, engineered to survive the roughest gigs and weirdest weather. That “WBP” means Weather and Boil Proof — ideal for when conditions go from zero to soggy. We use birch veneers bonded with phenolic resin glue, making every panel a lightweight tank.
Each piece is CNC precision-cut for perfect fit and alignment, so no weird gaps, wobbles, or improv fixes with zip ties. Then it’s assembled by trained technicians who know road cases better than most people know their houseplants. Before it ships, it goes through strict quality control. Our QC team has trust issues — in the best way.

The lift-off lid design gives you full, easy access without turning unloading into a yoga pose. Inside, you’ll find two fitted fabric bags to keep your accessories neat, visible, and not mysteriously missing. The low-profile base means less lifting, less strain, and fewer curses during setup. We designed this with your back in mind — and your schedule.
We finish it with 2MM heavy-duty aluminium edge extrusions and Penn Elcom hardware, because your gear deserves more than plastic corners and prayers. At 501W x 1073D x 1523H mm and 73.06 KG, it’s compact enough to move easily and tough enough to survive tour life.
