This transport case with built in motorised lift for 65″ IFP6550 displays is constructed with 12mm plywood panels. You can rest easy knowing that this heavy duty road case can keep your TV safe.Â
Knowing how difficult it can be to place and remove a large and hefty 65 inch TV from any kind of packaging, we have designed our case to be able to accommodate a motorized lift to safely take care of the heavy lifting.Â
A hatch at the back of the case makes it easier to access this motor to power and maintain.
The only thing that could make life easier is if the case is able to magically put itself into your truck, but instead we have 8 steel handles along all sides to make it easier to be carried by multiple people.Â
All of this sits on top of a sturdy 18mm thick plywood castor board and castor wheels that are rated 150kg each.
The Rhino 1000 motorized lift used in this screen case is designed with 60Kg safe load limit for large screens of 65″ and above. The lift has a collapsed height of 650mm and a lifting range of 1000mm. The system is completed with both a wired control as well as a wireless remote.Â
This screen case has a gross weight of 89Kg including its built in lift. Although, it is mostly handled with forklift, lifting it up stairs or on to a platform might not be avoidable. As a result, the heavy duty 18mm castor board has multiple cutout for bottom grabbing. On top of that the case has plenty of handles around it for handling purpose.Â
