We showcase our road case designed and built for Dynamic Production & Backline, an event management company based at Australia. The company provides professional audio & lighting solutions for touring and local events.
We have provided a fully customized road case for Dynamic Production & Backline for it to carry 4 Samsung Q60t QLED 4K 75″ TV screens. The case has foam and plywood inserts to give the best protection to the flat screen displays. There are two compartments for storing accessories for the screens. These have been placed behind the screens so that they do not occupy extra space across the width of the case. The transport case can carry 2 screens together. It has plywood and foam inserts. The 50mm EVA foam inserts are designed to be 5mm bigger than the plywood insert so that the displays won’t be in contact with the plywood and get scratched.
The highlight of this case is the split lid. The lid can be split into two and can stay on its hinges without the need to lift the heavy lid. The case, thus can be opened single handed. There are 4 side handles, two on either side and 4 recessed castors for smooth navigation of the case. The case has been made with glossy honey combed plastic panels at its exterior.
